BNO X GENSAN

My friend Toni (a.k.a Nise and this blog's unofficial resident photographer) tagged us this photo on Facebook. Being avid listeners of the boys, we immediately saved the date - June 22 for ALL OUT WITH THE BOYS NIGHT OUT GENERAL SANTOS CITY LEG.

So ayun, last June 22 we all met up to see THE BOYS.
But first thing's first, ang outfittey post muna:

Going back to the story, we actually stalked the boys. They updated their Instagram that they were having dinner in a restaurant at SM City Gensan kaya abang agad sa labas ng resto ang ganaps and ayun naka-papicture kami.
It was Toni Tony who we saw first and pumunchline pa ako na: "Toni Tony, meet my friend Toni." Hihi.
After the photo above was taken, I asked Papi Sam if I can hug him and he willingly obliged.
FANGIRL LEVEL: 100.

That's my friend Melvin at the center. O ayan, nagturuan pa sila kung sino daw mas pogi.

After all the fangirling and fanboying, we went straight at Babes Bar, the venue of the event proper.
The boys.

Oh eto, PHOTODUMP NA:
That's our friend Xena playing the TITIG GAME with Sam YG.
Kung maka-check tong si DJ Toni Tony. Haha.

Pa-picture na sa labas ng resto, pa-picture pa sa Meet and Greet! Gows.

SELFIE!

Si Sam YG pa ang photobomb!

 Dance the night away. Chos.

Awesome night! The three DJs were so cool and accommodating...yeaaah meen! Plus we even took home goodies from SMART. Thank you!

It ended kind of blurry for me though as usual. Haha.
Pero tama lang kasi sabi pa nga ni Papi Sam YG:

"Whatever happens in Babes Bar, never happened".

So what are we talking about again? Haha.

GOD'S PERFECT GIFT

"Every time I look at you, each kiss, each hug, each kind word you utter, you gracefully paint a vivid picture of God's faithfulness to me. Often times people get married just to settle down and the world out there can be quite discouraging but you have turned me into a believer and I know now that true love does exist."

~ Patty Laurel to Patrick Filart <3

I've been watching this video non-stop in the past few days and it never fails to inspire me to wait patiently for God's Perfect Gift for me. I sincerely pray for this kind of man and wedding. But I know I'm a bit young to talk about weddings and all. Pang peg lang. Haha.

Anyhoo, today seems an apt day to share this in my blog because we are celebrating my Mom and Dad's Wedding Anniversary! Woohoo! I know Dad is celebrating in Heaven too.

We miss you Dad! Happy Father's Day na rin! (Sana may internet connection sa langit.) :)

SUMMER 2013 PHOTODIARY

Water Gran with Staven, Nise and Kent
(Thanks for the invite! Hihi.)

Internship at an Accounting Firm.

The "GORA NA SA BORA" outing with the gang. <3

Enough downtime spent for reading ( I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!)

Bonding time with highschool bestfriends. (No enough photos could be posted!!!)

Touring around Davao with relatives from the maternal side. :)

I really couldn't put into exact words what a great summer I had. I feel like I've been at the right places, met and talked to the right people (cute stranger included), learned the right lessons, read the right books, did the right things...I just feel so blessed, blessed beyond belief. All these things, I owe to God. <3

I'll keep this post short and sweet because today is the first day of my last college year! Yey!
 Isn't that exciting??? Hihi.

I'd love to hear too how your summer was. <3

THROWBACK THURSDAY: CLIFF DIVE!

Around this time last summer, I did one of the most thrilling and daring thing (so far) in my nineteen years of existence, CLIFF DIVING!
I already blogged about it HERE.

And here's the video:

Pardon the whole shaky video. Supposedly it's meant just for friends and personal consumption but then I really wanna share it. Pardon too if you hear me mouthing expletives, (P*****a!!!), na carried away lang talaga. Ikaw ba naman tumalon from 15 feet down diba?  Haha.

Happy Thursday!

OLD WORLD, OLD FRIENDS

Hola!  I'm in  Davao at the moment to settle some things, see friends and family and well, have a mini-vacation before my last year of college starts (OMG, SENIOR YEAR!!!). Anyhoo...
This is not Bahay ni Lola, it's actually something better than that. Haha.
This is Legaspi Suites a boutique hotel located right in the smack of Davao City. Whenever I pass by this quaint establishment before, I can't help but gaze and wonder. It has this Old World charm that makes me want to go inside and explore. Luckily yesterday, I finally had the chance to get inside! It was real nice and cute. I felt like I was transported to Europe in an instant. (Eat, Pray, Love is my current summer read and I told myself  "I'll imagine that I'm in Italy!" Haha.)

Wesly and Jess, my highschool bestfriends, were just the perfect company to explore the place!
We catched-up with each other at Tata Benito's, a cute cafe just inside the establishment compound.
How I love my girls! It's always refreshing and revivifying spending time with them. :)

Here are the photos we snapped!
Girl, di yan temple, bahay yan friend.
Oh diba? Parang may-ari lang ng bahay??

It felt so good spending the whole day with my gal pals (too bad our other friend, Cess, weren't with us.) We walked around the streets of downtown Davao feeling like we are in New York City. I just love that me and my girls share the same whims and crazy imagination. It was so fun that we all talked non-stop! There were a lot of stories to tell and hear, catching up with each other's lives. We talked about just everything, from fashion, gossip, people, ideas, NYC dreams and even politics (like, "OMG, Ang hot ni Sen. Sonny Angara" - Lol).   I love how we could be both nonsensical and philosophical, deep and shallow.

We stayed at Wesly's place and watched 500 Days of Summer until we dozed off.

Fun day :)
